ASPA is an industry association for individuals who work, volunteer or study in sport in Australia—all the way from club volunteers and paid administrators of small state/territory sports to CEOs and Board members of large national sports. It has been set up by the industry, for the industry.

ASPA's National Sports Census offers key insights into the sporting industry
For the past several years since 2019, ASPA has conducted its National Sports Census.
The Census captures the sentiment of a variety of stakeholders—including volunteers, employees, and academics—from a diverse array of organisations including clubs, state and national sporting organisations, non-profit bodies, and private enterprise.
The Census highlights key individual and organisational challenges faced by those volunteering or working in the sports industry.
